PAPER SUBMISSION

All author of accepted abstracts are obliged to submit a paper of maximum 10 pages.

The ASME-ORC2015  Word or LaTeX template must be followed. In order to speed up the review process, authors must ensure that their submitted papers fulfil the instructions in order to avoid them to be sent back for reformatting.

Please convert your ASME-ORC2015 paper to a PDF file. Be sure to embed the fonts when creating the PDF.

• DO NOT password protect your file.
• Make sure the filename has only one extension (“.pdf”)

All submitted papers will undergo a thorough peer review and will be selected upon recommendation from at least 2 reviewers based on scientific quality, significance, novelty and relevance to the conference topics.

After the review process you will receive the authors notification and you will be invited to present your submitted paper at ASME-ORC2015 conference as oral or poster. 

Papers that need to be revised must be submitted before May 20^th 2015. 

Limitations
There is no limitation in the number of papers submitted per author; however, a maximum of two platform presentations (oral and poster) by the same author will be accepted.

Submission
After log on with your personal user account you can use the "Click for Paper Submission" in the User Area to submit your paper. After submission you will receive aconfirmation immediately.
